Q. Are concrete
coatings hotter than bare concrete?
A. No – concrete coatings are cooler than bare concrete, different
colors or patterns will cause surface temperatures to vary.
Q. How long will
my concrete coatings last?
A. Our coatings are designed to last 20 – 30 years if cared for
properly.
Q. Do I have to
reseal my concrete coatings?
A. It is recommended to reseal every 3-7 years depending on the
pattern chosen.
Q. How is our
material applied?
A. Our concrete coatings are troweled on and formed by hand, there is
no stamping involved.
Q. What surfaces
can the coatings be applied to?
A. Our coatings can go over any concrete surface - pool decks,
patios, walkways, driveways, and indoor concrete floors.
Q. How long does
the process take?
A. Depending on the size of the project, most will take one to
three days, light foot traffic after 24 hours and furniture can be reset
after 4-5 days.
Q. What time of
year can the coatings be applied?
A. Our coatings can be applied anytime of the year.
Q. Do I have to
remove my old kool deck before acrylic coatings are applied?
A. Not usually, we can apply our coatings directly over old kool
deck; however, if your kool deck is severely delaminated it would be advisable
to remove the rest of the old kool deck.
Q. How do
acrylic finishes compare to real stone?
A. Acrylic stone finishes are cooler in temperature, stronger,
stain resistant, easier to clean and maintain, and much less expensive
than real stone, in some cases up to 75% less expensive.

obligation if I make an appointment for you to come to my house?
A. No – we do in-home free estimates and consultations, we will
answer any questions you have and educate you on our products and
